Claims may require photos, videos, batch numbers, tire identification numbers and proof of purchase. Confirmed claims can be handled by replacement, refund, replacement goods or deduction from a subsequent order. Final quality determination is conducted by a third-party testing organization. OEM products follow the same warranty policy after the customized tread pattern passes our testing.
