We offer a 12-month or 24-month warranty, depending on the quality level selected by the customer. It covers quality issues not caused by human factors, such asseparation or cracking found after receipt. Damage caused by blowouts, punctures, impacts or improper use is excluded. Claims may require photos, videos, batch numbers, tire identification numbers and proof of purchase. Confirmed claims can be handled by replacement, refund, replacement goods or deduction from a subsequent order. Final quality determination is conducted by a third-party testing organization. OEM products follow the same warranty policy after the customized tread pattern passes our testing.
